* I understand that I am purchasing my puppy to be my pet and that it is not to be bred. I agree to have my puppy spayed or neutered, as will be outlined in the puppy contract.

* I understand that owning a pet is an ongoing investment. Goldendoodles need to be groomed every 6 to 8 weeks. They need a good quality pet food. They need annual vet check-ups.

* I understand that my deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future litter. If the puppy is bred, I understand that I can be fined up to $40,000.00 plus court cost.
